Provides hands-on training in product sorting, packaging, inventory management, and warehouse material handling under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Key Job Responsibilities

Inspect, sort, and package commercial products and goods accurately. Handle shipping preparation, barcode scanning, and inventory tracking. Maintain clean, organized work areas adhering to 5S Japanese workplace standards. Work collaboratively under the supervision of warehouse group leaders.

Program Requirements

Language Proficiency

Basic Japanese (N5/N4 level preferred or active learners)

Experience

Female candidates with good attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Prior factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
