About the Role
We are recruiting female Technical Intern Trainees (TITP) for warehouse and logistics operations in Japan. Responsibilities include sorting, packing, labeling, inventory handling, and light facility management in modern distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, sort, and package commercial products and goods accurately.
Handle shipping preparation, barcode scanning, and inventory tracking.
Maintain clean, organized work areas adhering to 5S Japanese workplace standards.
Work collaboratively under the supervision of warehouse group leaders.
Requirements
Language Requirement
Basic Japanese (N5/N4 level preferred or active learners)
Experience
Female candidates with good attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply. Prior factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
