These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship, duties, and operational guidelines between Hayabusa Nepal and all enrolled students, candidate applicants, host organizations, and visitors utilizing our services.

By enrolling in our Japanese language academy, participating in vocational preparation programs, or using our overseas dispatch and placement services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.

Scope of Services

Hayabusa Nepal provides certified educational, recruitment, and placement services including:

1. Japanese language instruction (N5, N4, N3, and business levels) and cultural integration training.

2. Vocational training guidance, interview preparation, and skill testing support for Japanese employment pathways.

3. Candidate screening, document verification, translation, and placement services under Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) frameworks.

4. Visa support services, including Certificate of Eligibility (COE) documentation assistance.

Candidate Conduct and Obligations

All enrolled students and applicants are expected to maintain professional standards of behavior:

1. Attendance and Discipline: Regular attendance in scheduled classes and seminars is mandatory. Unexcused absences may lead to removal from candidate interview shortlists.

2. Academic Integrity: Misrepresentation of qualifications, submitting fraudulent documents, or cheating during skill tests will result in immediate termination of services.

3. Professional Conduct: Respectful communication toward instructors, staff members, and Japanese host company representatives is required at all times.

Financial Terms and Refund Policy

1. All tuition fees, document processing charges, and administrative costs are communicated transparently prior to enrollment.

2. Fees paid for completed language courses or processing services already rendered are non-refundable.

3. Refund terms for mid-process withdrawals or cancellations are strictly governed by the individual candidate contract signed during formal registration.

Intellectual Property Rights

All educational curricula, teaching materials, video lessons, branding assets, and website content created by Hayabusa Nepal remain the exclusive intellectual property of the organization. Copying, distributing, or reproducing these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

1. Visa and Government Approvals: Final decisions regarding Certificates of Eligibility (COE), entry visas, and work permits rest solely with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. Hayabusa Nepal facilitates candidate preparation and application processing but does not guarantee government approval outcomes.

2. Employment Selection: Final job placement depends on candidate performance during interviews and the discretion of Japanese host employers.

3. Policy Revisions: We reserve the right to update our course structures, service terms, or operational guidelines to comply with updated Nepalese labor laws or Japanese immigration regulations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any legal disputes arising from services rendered, contracts signed, or use of this platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
