Under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), young Nepalese trainees acquire specialized skills in food manufacturing, processing, and high-speed packaging. Nepalese trainees are recognized for their discipline, attention to hygiene, and efficiency in fast-paced production environments. Through this program, Hayabusa Nepal Human Resources prepares trainees to adhere to rigorous Japanese quality control standards while contributing to reliable food supply chains.

Key Technical Skills & Training Program

Trainees undergo comprehensive preparation in Nepal to excel in Japanese food processing facilities:

• Practical Packaging & Line Operations: Hands-on experience in food sorting, tray packing, vacuum sealing, automated packaging machine operation, labeling, and boxing.

• Strict Hygiene & HACCP Protocols: Intensive education on personal hygiene, cleanroom dress codes, allergen management, cross-contamination prevention, and HACCP-based sanitation.

• Practical Japanese & Technical Vocabulary: Core language training (JLPT N4 focus) along with food factory terminology, hygiene rules, safety signs, and daily work commands.

• Quality Control & Work Ethics: Training in product inspection, detecting foreign objects, maintaining product freshness, 5S workplace organization, and reporting routines (Hou-Ren-So).

• Complete Program Support: Full administrative handling including trainee selection, client interviews, document authentication, visa assistance, and pre-departure orientations
