Under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), young Nepalese trainees undergo intensive training to acquire specialized skills in Japanese elderly care and nursing support. Nepalese trainees are highly regarded in Japan for their natural warmth, respect for elders, strong empathy, and dedication. Through this program, Hayabusa Nepal Human Resources prepares trainees to deliver high-quality, dignified care in nursing homes, special care facilities, and senior residential centers across Japan.

Key Technical Skills & Training Program

Trainees receive comprehensive technical and language preparation in Nepal to ensure they are fully prepared for Japanese caregiving environments:

• Practical Caregiving & Physical Assistance: Hands-on training in daily living support, mobility assistance, transfer techniques, bathing and hygiene care, meal assistance, and dementia care practices aligned with Japanese nursing standards.

• Caregiving & Medical Japanese: Intensive language instruction (JLPT N4 focus) covering specialized medical and caregiving terminology, daily health reporting, patient interaction phrases, and compassionate communication.

• Hygiene & Safety Standards: Comprehensive training in infection control, sanitization routines, patient safety protocols, and emergency response.

• Japanese Culture & Care Philosophy: Orientations on Japanese hospitality, respect for senior dignity, workplace etiquette, and effective team communication (Hou-Ren-So).

• End-to-End Program Support: Complete management of recruitment, interviews, documentation, visa processing, and pre-departure briefings.
