Construction (Male Candidates)

About the Role

We are recruiting male Technical Intern Trainees (TITP) for construction roles in Japan. Responsibilities include site preparation, interior wallpaper and flooring installation, painting support, and general construction tasks. Final interview will take place in the 1st week of August.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with interior finishing work, including wallpaper application and flooring installation. Carry out site preparation, material handling, and structural support work. Operate basic construction tools and equipment following workplace protocols. Adhere strictly to Japanese construction safety guidelines and team standards.

Requirements

Language Requirement

Basic Japanese (N5/N4 level preferred or active learners)

Experience

Male candidates with good physical fitness, hard-working attitude, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Prior construction or technical experience is a plus.
