Developing Skilled Construction Trainees for Japan's Infrastructure
Under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), young Nepalese trainees acquire essential technical skills, discipline, and practical knowledge in Japanese construction standards. Nepalese trainees are known for their physical stamina, dedication, and eagerness to learn. Through this program, Hayabusa Nepal Human Resources prepares trainees to contribute effectively to site operations while gaining valuable industrial experience.
