Under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP), young Nepalese trainees acquire foundational skills across diverse commercial and light industrial sectors in Japan. Key Technical Skills & Training Program

Trainees receive practical preparation in Nepal to prepare for operational, assembly, and administrative workflows in Japanese enterprises:

• Practical Operational & Manufacturing Skills: Hands-on instruction in office documentation handling, data entry support, inventory management, textile and apparel processing, product packaging, and quality verification.

• Business Etiquette & Workplace Standards: Comprehensive training in Japanese corporate culture, office manners, telephone etiquette, document organization, and strict compliance with workplace rules.

• Practical Japanese & Workplace Vocabulary: Core language training (JLPT N4 focus) covering office and factory terminology, reporting procedures, safety instructions, and polite workplace communication.

• Quality Assurance & 5S Discipline: Practice in error-prevention methods, product inspection, maintaining orderly work environments (5S), and active communication through reporting, contacting, and consulting (Hou-Ren-So).

• Complete Program Support: Full administrative handling including candidate selection, client interviews, document processing, visa assistance, and pre-departure orientations.
