We manage a complete end-to-end recruitment and training ecosystem in Nepal, ensuring every worker is culturally prepared, linguistically proficient, and technically skilled before entering Japan:

• Customer Service & Omotenashi Training: Candidates undergo intensive training in Japanese business etiquette, customer care principles, front desk management, check-in/check-out procedures, and basic concierge handling.

• Specialized Hospitality Japanese: In addition to foundational Japanese (JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic), candidates complete rigorous courses focusing on hotel-specific vocabulary, polite honorific speech (Keigo), and real-world guest interactions.

• SSW Exam Preparation: Dedicated coaching for the Hospitality Specified Skilled Worker Skill Evaluation Test, featuring mock exams, theoretical study, and practice scenarios to maximize pass rates.

• Cultural Adaptation & Work Ethics: Orientations on Japanese workplace norms, punctuality, teamwork (Hou-Ren-So), and Japanese cultural expectations to ensure smooth onboarding.

• End-to-End Sending Support: Complete handling of candidate selection, client interviews, document processing, COE/visa applications, and pre-departure briefings.
