• Rigorous Safety Standards (Anzen Daiichi): Safety is the top priority in Japanese construction. Candidates undergo intensive instruction on site safety rules, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, danger prediction training (KYT), and emergency response.

• Construction-Focused Japanese Language: Candidates complete foundational language courses (JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic) along with specialized training in construction site terminology, technical commands, and safety warnings.

• Workplace Discipline & Teamwork: Training in essential Japanese work culture, including punctuality, instruction following, and active reporting/communication (Hou-Ren-So).

• End-to-End Recruitment & Administrative Support: Complete handling of selection, client interviews, document authentication, visa processing, and pre-departure orientations.
