• Food Safety & Hygiene Standards (HACCP): Intensive training in food hygiene, sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, personal hygiene, and compliance with HACCP-based safety standards required in Japanese commercial kitchens.

• Kitchen & Food Preparation Operations: Hands-on instruction in cooking basics, ingredient preparation, food presentation, automated equipment handling, and dishwashing management.

• Customer Service & Restaurant Etiquette: Training in Japanese dining etiquette, order-taking procedures, greeting guests (Irasshaimase), table service, and handling cash registers/POS systems.

• Food Service Japanese Language: Candidates build strong communication skills (JLPT N4 / JFT-Basic) alongside culinary vocabulary, customer service phrases (Keigo), menu literacy, and kitchen order commands.

• Complete Administrative Support: End-to-end management of candidate recruitment, client interviews, document authentication, visa processing, and pre-departure orientation.
