At Hayabusa, we firmly believe that learning a language is not just restricted to four walls and a whiteboard. To break the monotony of rigorous study routines and ease the mental pressure of visa processing, Hayabusa recently organized its Annual Picnic and Cultural Refreshment Program.

The event brought together students, native Japanese instructors, and management staff for a day filled with joy, energy, and experiential learning.

Key Highlights of the Event:

Regarding team building and leadership activities, through various group games and strategic activities, students learned the core value of teamwork, which is a fundamental trait required to survive and adapt successfully in Japanese corporate culture.

Regarding Japanese only speaking zones, to push practical learning, specific hours during the picnic were designated as Japanese only conversation periods. Students interactively communicated with native Japanese speakers in an informal, stress free outdoor setting.

Regarding cultural performance and talents showcase, students displayed their creative sides through traditional Nepali dances, singing, and even performing popular Japanese songs, celebrating the beautiful fusion of Nepal Japan cultural ties.

Regarding mental rejuvenation before the journey, as we always emphasize, preparing for Japan is like training for a critical mission. This refreshing break helped students recharge their minds, reduce anxiety, and return to their studies with renewed focus and determination.

A huge thank you to all the enthusiastic students and staff members who made this day incredibly vibrant and memorable!
