Hayabusa Nepal Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. continues to strengthen the bridge of skilled labor between Nepal and Japan. In our latest milestone, we have successfully facilitated the placement of 283 qualified individuals under both the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) frameworks.

Our recent cohorts have been distributed across critical economic sectors in Japan to meet the growing demand for high-quality labor:

1. Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) - 170 Workers:

Distributed across Caregiving (40), Construction (30), Food Service (30), Accommodation (25), Agriculture (25), and Building Cleaning (20).

2. Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) - 113 Trainees:

Distributed across Caregiving (25), Construction (25), Agriculture (23), Manufacturing (20), and Food Processing (20).

Through rigorous language preparation, cultural orientation, and technical pre-training at Hayabusa, our candidates are fully equipped to excel in Japanese working environments.
