Eligibility & Qualification Requirements To obtain an SSW Category 1 Visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Language Proficiency: Pass the JFT-Basic test OR the JLPT N4 exam (or higher).
Skill Assessment: Pass the designated Technical Skill Test for your target industry. (Note: Ex-Technical Intern Trainees who have completed Training Level ii are exempt from both exams.)
